BLDC FAN MOTOR ERROR
Cause
Fan Motor is physically stuck.
Solution
See if fan will turn by hand. If not check for obstructions around fan causing it to not turn.
Cause
Defective Fan Motor or Main PCB.
Solution
Test fan circuit.
If voltage is present at fan and it will not turn Replace Fan motor.
If no voltage to fan replace Main PCB.
DETAILS BELOW:
First check to see if the fan is physically bound by a foreign object. If so, remove the obstruction and try running the fan again. If fan turns freely by hand but will not energize continue to steps below:
Testing should give the same
reading from any combination of wires.
