If unit wont power up, check the power source, the unit will need 120Vac (+/- 5%), and correct polarity.
DETAILS BELOW:
After you have verified power supply from outlet, make sure you have 120Vac into and out of Filter board, BLACK – WHITE
If you have voltage at thefilter check voltage at the main board. Check 120Vac Input BLACK wire (L1) on BLACK Relay to WHITE wire (N) on YELLOW Relay.
Now check power from Main to Display, unplug unit, plug back in, at this point you should see 120Vac BLACK to RED, and NO LED light on Main board. Now press Power button, and voltage should go to 0Vac on BLACK to RED, and now LED light is on. You have verified your Main board is good.
I would try putting the unit in test mode and see if it will spin then. If not and all other parts are working check the stator circuit to see if that is causing your issue. If the stator and harness check good, possible Main PCB issue.

Helping to diagnose properly
WE HAVE THESE LIGHTS ON THE CONTROL UI. CHECKED AND VERIFIED CORRECT INCOMING VOLTAGE, BUT WASH WONT GO INTO SPIN CYCLE
