Cause
Ice maker in freezer is defective or has no voltage to the ice maker
Solution
Check wiring and connections to freezer ice maker.
Check voltage to the ice maker.
Cause
Ice maker may be jammed with ice chips.
Solution
Thaw the ice maker and test again.
Cause
Heated mold style may have a defective heater.
Solution
Check resistance of heater and voltage to heater.

IU hidden error code. Grille assembly recently replaced, then craft ice stopped working. Voltage from pcb to craft machine is normal. Replaced craft ice maker with 9909 and updated software.
