WATER FLOW METER ERROR
Cause
Flow meter located on the pilot valve is defective
Solution
Check wiring and connections to flow meter and check flow meter resistance and voltages
Cause
No water supplied or very low water pressure
Solution
Check customer for water supplied, water filter clogged or possible failure of water valve.

FLOW METER ERROR CODE CHECKS
Some flow meters will be labeled as above chart shows. With the flow meter disconnected you can read from middle “O” to right side “U” to check for 4~30kΩ
Some flow meters will be labeled as above diagram. With the flow meter disconnected you can read from the Ground pin Black to the 5V wire White/Black to check for 4~30kΩ
If you believe the water valve is the issue, then check resistance of the water valves…
120 Volts AC Water Valves will read 360~420Ω
DC VOLTAGE valves need at least 20.4VDC to activate
24VDC Pilot valve 69~73 ohms
24VDC Water/Ice valve 24~26.5 ohms
