Cause

Supplied voltage and rated voltage are not matched.

Solution

Check for proper voltage at the customer’s source.

Voltage supplied to the unit should be 120Vac (+/-10%)

If voltage at the wall is incorrect explain to customer.

If voltage at the wall is correct, check at noise filter and Main PCB to find where the voltage is dropping.
