SUPPLIED VOLTAGE IS NOT CORRECT
Cause
Supplied voltage and rated voltage are not matched.
Solution
Check for proper voltage at the customer’s source.
Voltage supplied to the unit should be 120Vac (+/-10%)
If voltage at the wall is incorrect explain to customer.
If voltage at the wall is correct, check at noise filter and Main PCB to find where the voltage is dropping.

Informative. But the question is standard voltage in SA is 220-250v
Will that couse an error on the digonastic report
It may be different in your country. You’ll need to check the service manual for that model.
