Cause

If FF is displayed on a Front Load washer, it means the unit is in a Frozen state.

Solution

Check the supply lines and drain hose, also check the drain filter to see if it is also frozen. Supply warm water into the tub in order to unfreeze the drain hose and the drain pump.
