Cause

Four Flash code indicates water or metal, or food spillage has come into contact for an extended period,

NOTE If any one of the keys are touched for more than 10 seconds continuously,

this error will be displayed.

To clear error, press the POWER ON / OFF button.

Solution

Clean the surface, remove object from touch pad.

Turn the cooktop off using the Power ON / OFF.

Turn the cooktop on using the ON / OFF.
