Operation – DLHC8402 Only

For the DLHC8402 model only, fresh water is used to clean the condenser after each drying cycle, instead of using condensed residual water.

This model is equipped with an inlet valve assembly connected directly to the home water supply.

During the cleaning process, the sensor monitors for water in the sump.

Note: If water is not detected after 25 attempts, the unit will display this error code.

Solution

Make sure that the water faucets are fully open.

Make sure that the hoses are not kinked, pinched or crushed behind or under the appliance.

Be careful when moving the appliance during cleaning or maintenance.

Make sure the inlet filters are clean.
