EZDISPENSE ERROR
Cause
There is a communication issue between the Main PCB and the ezDispense™ Sub PCB.
Solution
Check wiring connections between the Main PCB and the ezDispense™ Sub PCB.
Cause
The ezDispense™ PCB is defective.
Solution
Replace the ezDispense™ PCB.
Start by simply making sure all harnesses are plugged into the ezDispense™ Sub PCB and then the Main PCB. Both of these board can be accessed by removing the rear cover of the Control Panel.

Check to see if there is 13Vdc being supplied from the Main PCB. (Below example is from WT8600, wire colors can vary by model)…

If you have the required voltage from the Main PCB, (13.1Vdc), replace the ezDispenser™ module.
If you do not have the required voltage from the Main PCB, replace the Main PCB.
