Cause

The Griddle temperature does not go up more than 30˚F compared with the starting temperature for 5 minutes after the start of cooking.

Griddle temperature is lower than 100˚F for 5 minutes after the start of cooking.

Solution

Check voltage to gas valve. Check relay for possible damage.

Check thermistor for 1.09kΩ @77F.
