Cause

“t oc” is not an error code. The InstaView Display Mode has been activated. In this special Display Mode the InstaView door in door led light will turn on for 10 seconds and then off for 2 minutes and 50 seconds and repeat over and over.

This is a special demonstration mode used in the retail sales stores.

Solution

To turn on this feature you will have to first put the unit into the “O FF” demo mode.This is done by Opening either Refrigerator door and pressing Ice Plus button 3 times while holding down the Refrigerator button. After this has been done the unit will read “O FF” in the display.  Then shut all the doors. Then Open both refrigerator doors and the freezer drawer and knock 3 times on the door glass within 5 seconds.

To end InstaView Display Mode repeat steps used to start Mode or deactivate Demo Mode by again by opening either refrigerator door and pressing the Ice Plus button 3 times while holding down the refrigerator button.
