Cause

Either display board or dispenser power board is not transmitting or receiving communications signals.

Solution

Check for 12Vdc on display board and also dispenser power board.  If no voltage to board you will need to check at the main board.  If main does not product 12Vdc then replace Main PCB.  Also check wiring for continuity in the door.
