Cause

The wash thermistor is out of order

Solution

Check for loose connections at the thermistor and Main PCB and possible damage to harness.

Check for 5Vdc and 54kΩ (at room temp) on the Gray and Red wires with the connector unplugged.

DETAILS BELOW:

Location of the Temp thermistor

The Wash Thermistor will be located on the heater assembly, at the bottom of the outer tub assembly, the front assembly of the unit will need to be removed to access the thermistor, but to test it first is much easier!

There is an easier way to test the Heater Assembly and Thermistor instead of taking the front of the unit off!

Access the rear of the unit and remove the rear cover (4 screws).

Now look for the large harness with a bag over it inside the cabinet.

There are three connectors in the bag, for the Stator, Heater, Thermistor, Turbidity Sensor.

Testing the Wash Thermistor

Check for 5Vdc on the Gray wire to the Red wire with the connector unplugged, (Or 54kΩ  at room temperature) if you have no voltage with the unit powered on, replace the Main PCB. If there is voltage there, replace the Heater assembly, (it will contain the thermistor).
