Cause

If the washing machine detects too many suds, it displays this error code and adds Suds Reducing cycle. This adds about two hours to the cycle time.
If too many suds are detected during spin, the washing machine stops to help prevent leaking.

This washer is designed for use with only HE (High- Efficiency) detergents

Solution (When adding cleaning products)

-Fill the larger ezDispense reservoir with HE (High-Efficiency) liquid detergent. Fill the smaller reservoir with liquid fabric softener, if desired.

Use the front detergent compartment of the manual dispenser for liquid or powdered detergent, or oxygen-based bleach. Place liquid chlorine bleach ONLY in the bleach compartment at the back of the manual dispenser.

Liquid or powdered detergent packs are placed in the drum before loading laundry. 

Do not place detergent packs in the dispenser.

Do not use more than one single-use detergent pack at a time in the washer

It may be necessary to perform at least one or more Tub Clean(s) with a product as Affresh ®
