Cause
The motor can not turn
Solution
Check for tub moving freely by hand and if does not may be a bad tub bearing, cracked magnets on the rotor, stator windings resistance greater than 15 ohms or less than 5 ohms, foreign item between tubs.
Some models have a hall sensor that will cause this error code if resistance is out of range.
With unit powered off check Front Load Hall Sensor resistance values White to Red 8~12 kohms and White to Blue for 8~12 kohms.
With unit powered on but not running check White to Gray for 10-15vdc. Then spin tub by hand and check Gray to Red and also Gray to Blue for 10vdc pulses when spinning the tub by hand.
If tub does not rotate in wash cycle, spin tub by hand. Does tub make a noise?
If noise is present: Visually inspect the rotor and stator.
If no noise:
Inspect wire harness connectors for Stator & Hall Sensor. Is a connector disconnected or loose? If so, reconnect.
Inspect Rotor Magnets for damage. Replace if damaged.
Check wire harness for continuity from main board to stator. Replace if no continuity.
