EZ DISPENSER (DETERGENT) ERROR
Cause
The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease.
The unit senses an open circuit in the Detergent pump.
Solution
Check connections at pump, and Main board.
DETAILS BELOW:
•Wiring connections for pumps, (6 pin) and for sensors (4 pin) (Detergent Black and Brown).
•Pumps power supply between 11.5 to 13.5 VDC at terminals 5 and 1 (detergent) and 3 and 4 (softener). On 6 pin connector
•Pumps resistance values are about 36 ohms.
•Both pumps are powered at step 13 in Test mode, (If no voltage in test mode, from main board replace main board, if you have voltage at pump replace pump.)
