Not an “Error Code” but will suspend operation of the unit.
The control lock function is on to prevent anyone from changing cycles or operating the washer.
Use this option to prevent unwanted use of the washer or to keep cycle settings from being changed while the washer is operating. The washer can be locked during a cycle. Once CHILD LOCK is selected, the display will alternate between CL and the remaining cycle time. And all controls except CHILD LOCK and POWER buttons will be disabled. NOTE: CHILD LOCK lasts after the end of cycle.

I cannot disengage the CL error. The manual directs me to hold the CL button for 3 seconds to turn off. I have tried this several times and notheieng happens
Normally holding down the child lock button for 3 seconds is all that is needed. Please provide your model number for our engineering team to review and be sure this is the correct instructions for your specific model.
