HEAVY VIBRATION ERROR
Cause
Damaged drum welds.
Solution
Visually check the inner drum for broken/damaged welds. If welds are damaged replace drum assembly and any other needed parts that might have been damaged as a result.
Cause
Vibration sensor not mounted to tub properly.
Solution
Install vibration sensor properly.
Cause
Unit not leveled correctly.
Solution
Make sure unit is properly installed and level.
As of 2/27/2025 this error code will only show up on certain Washtower Models: WKHC252HBA, WKHC252HBA, W3S2CVK2WHM. But may be added to more models in the future.

Step 1: Check the inner drum welds for damage. If damage is found to the drum welds replace the tub assembly and any other parts that were damaged as a result.

Step 2: If the drum welds are ok, check the vibration sensor to make sure it is properly mounted to the outer tub.

Step 3: If the drum welds and vibration sensor are ok, check for proper installation. Make sure the floors are not uneven as shown below and that the unit is leveled properly.

How to remove Error Codes (Washtower):
Enter LQC Mode: Press the Power button and press the Spin + Extra Rinse button at the same time within 1 second:

After entering LQC Mode, power the unit OFF and then back ON and the error code should be removed.
