Cause
The unit has experienced a power failure, (if is is giving a display and showing “PF” you have power “now”).
Solution
Check for proper voltage at the customer’s source.
Condition
120vac was interrupted to the unit.
Possible Causes
Unit unplugged during usage, power failure, bad wiring or loose wire connections at incoming 120Vac.
NOTE: “PF” is only displayed if power was interrupted while the unit was powered on. This is not an Error but displayed for customer information.
NOTE: When a Power Failure occurs and the Power Button is pressed, the unit will return to the previous cycle
Connect to a properly rated, protected, and sized power circuit to avoid electrical overload. The appliance must be installed and electrically grounded by qualified service personnel in accordance with local codes.
Use a dedicated electrical circuit rated for:
15 Amps, 120 Volts AC. This unit requires an electrical ground to be properly installed.
For a permanently connected dishwasher: This appliance must be connected to a grounded metal, permanent wiring system, or an equipment-grounding conductor must be run with the circuit conductors and connected to the equipment-grounding terminal or lead to the appliance.
Connect the ground wire to the green ground connector in the terminal box.
