Cause
Auto Open Dry motor error code
Solution
Check motor function in test mode.
Check for 15Vdc on Black to Brown wires at the motor when Lever is programed to be opened.

The Auto Open Dry feature helps enhance drying performance by “popping” the door open when called for.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Place in Test Mode
(Models with “Auto Open Dry”)
Enter the LQC Control Mode = Power + 1 Hour + Downloaded press for 3 seconds
Activate AOD (Auto Open Dry) On/Off = Auto press for 3 seconds.
Auto Opener Troubleshooting – Voltage Check
1.Check Voltage at Motor Connector
1.When the Auto Opener opens or closes, measure the voltage between the BK and BN wires.
2.You should see 15 VDC.
2.If No Voltage is Present
1.Confirm that the Opener has been activated correctly.
2.Inspect the wire harness for damage or loose connections.
3.Check the voltage output at the Main PCB.
4.If there is still no voltage, the Main PCB likely needs replacement.
3.If Voltage is Present but Motor Does Not Move
1.The Door Opener motor is faulty and should be replaced.
