Washing pump motor defect
SOLUTION
Replace the sump pump motor
When the bubbles enter the pump, the load on the pump impeller is reduced and the motor amperage is also lowered. So, the motor can be used to detect the bubbles.
I have a ldt7808ss dishwasher that was having the be error code back in October of 23’. I replaced the motor and control board and it took care of the issue until now. Which is 8 months later. Just wanting to know my next step?
Thanks Travis.
bE error is typically a detergent usage or leveling type issue. Since the two parts that on rare occasion could cause that code have been replaced it is likely not a bad part. Check further into the detergent usage and check the leveling of the unit.
What leveling should we have , because if we level it straight and not tilted to the back than we might have an AE leak error code.
I have an bE error code from a 2019 dishwasher

I replaced the wash motor because it was not functioning. No more had a short this time it gives a bE Error code.
Go with the leveling as explained in the owners manual… To check that the tub is level from front to back, remove the lower rack and pour 169 oz. (5 L) of water into the bottom of the tub. The water level should be near the center of both tub lower indentations at the front.
