NO HEAT ERROR (LOWER OVEN)
Cause
Starting temperature of 130 ºF or less, and the oven door is closed, the oven inside
temperature does not go up more than 10 ºF compared with the starting temperature
For 5 minutes after the start of cooking.
Solution
Check Main PCB connections and Temp probe connections
Cause (Electric Oven / Range)
Line 2 Voltage is missing at the terminal block. ( L1 will power the display…)
Solution
Verify the power service for the unit *(outlet) has the proper voltage if so troubleshoot the power cord and terminal block.

If the display is working but there is no heat and you are seeing error codes, check the voltage at the terminal block. Line 1 powers the display and controls, while Line 2 powers the oven heating elements. Make sure the voltage does not drop or disappear when the Start button is pressed.
If you find issues at the terminal block, move to the outlet and verify whether the problem is with the home wiring. If it is, advise the customer accordingly.
