Cause
If the button is touched for more than 8 seconds.
Food particles or other debris may be preventing normal operation.
Bad PCB board (Display).
Solution
Clean moisture on the buttons and remove any objects on them.
Restart the Cooktop.
Replace the PCB board (Display).

If the issue continues after cleaning and resetting the cooktop, replace the Touch pad PCB
