The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent reservoir did not decrease (did not dispense detergent).
Solution
After putting the detergent into the detergent reservoir, it was left for a long time and the detergent hardened. (End-user leaving detergent in the detergent dispenser drawer for an extended period or not using the washer for a long time may cause the build-up of residue in the detergent dispenser drawer.
When the ezDispense function is turned on, the liquid detergent and softener are dispensed in the set amounts, at the appropriate time during the cycle. A full detergent reservoir will last for about 18 standard cycles, with the drum filled about halfway.
