DETAILS BELOW:
Most issues with a unit giving an error code indicating that it did not have power, are usually caused by a tripped circuit breaker, a faulty electrical outlet, or a power outage in the home. It would be a rare case that a unit would require repair.
Check the Power Outlet
Make sure the power cord is completely plugged directly into a wall outlet. An extension cord or surge protector is NOT recommended. If you have been using an extension cord, plug the washer directly into the wall outlet and test the unit again.
Note: If the unit has experienced a power failure, the door will remain locked approximately 5 minutes.
Verify your power source, in and out of, the noise filter.
If the source voltage is correct and stable, double check the connectors make sure they are secure, if so, replace the filter board and Main PCB, but the most likely cause for this error is external to the machine.
