Cause

Water level is not dropping after pump has ran.

Solution

1. Check drain hose was bent or folded. If folded, unfold the hose.
2. If remaining water in drain hose is frozen, melt it with 140 °F (60°C) warm water
3. If still Error displays, control valve may be damaged. Change the control valve and check drn Error remaining.
4. Replace main PCB if error still occurred after applying 3rd step.
